Our friends at Crossfit 604 are offering free classes for current Out For Kicks members to come work on their strength and mobility, and get ready for the Pride season!

You can choose up to two classes from the following dates:

• July 8th @ 12:15pm
• July 22nd @ 12:15pm
• July 29th @ 12:15pm

Classes will be held at the Crossfit 604 gym at 124 East Cordova Street. Each class can accommodate 24 people, and sign-up is on a first come, first serve basis, so sign up today!
